General Provisions

• The User guarantees the legality of posting Content and the availability of necessary rights
• The User is responsible for violation of the Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
• The User undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in full in case of its infliction

Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of the Site Administration

• The Site Administration has the right to delete any Content without notice and explanation of reasons
• The Site Administration does not monitor compliance with copyrights on posted works
• The Site Administration is not responsible for the content of Content posted by Users
• The Site Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site
• The Administration ensures the storage of Personal data in accordance with the law

Copyright and Other Intellectual Rights

• The User guarantees that he owns all rights to the posted Content
• By posting Content, the User retains all copyrights to it

Other Conditions

• The Agreement comes into force from the moment of the User's Registration on the Site
• The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement
• Access to the Site materials is provided exclusively for personal familiarization
• The User agrees to receive information mailings from the Site Administration
• All disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
